If you purchased an item from our online shop and you received it defective or broken, please contact us for information regarding a return/refund.
We make sure that every item we sell is in good condition, and we describe it to the best of our ability in every product listing. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused after it has left our shop and before it gets to your front door.
We can only accept return/refund requests within 30 days of purchase.
